Look on the table with the piece of paper that says 1140. Go to the desk lamp and put in the code 1140 into the drawer. Take the key.
Look under the lamp on the bed, and tap the pillow to see the axe handle. Take it.
Use the key on the safe and take the axe head.
Combine the axe head and handle.
Use the axe on the handcuffs on the door to open it.
