Cherry tree will not close out. The close out window around it did and i can no longer play because tree is in the way of game. What do i do?

I can load the game and pick cherries but when I choose to open the next level I simply get the “loading….” screen and it doesn’t load the level. Let it sit for over 3 minutes and nothing happens. I’ve rebooted my kindle and that doesn’t help either. Any suggestions other than starting over from scratch?

What do the scrolls mean?
I have been playing CK for a few months now. I have a new phone and so have to connect my progress to facebook. But I have no idea on how to do that…settings doesn’t have a facebook button I can use. Does anyone know how I can do this?

How do I get to the quests screen? To use my cherries
Strange can only play game on flight mode(plane). Have to return to Internet to get cherries etc. Get this problem on iPad but not on phone!!

I have some issues with Charm king. I have emailed the support team several times with no reply other than the team will look into it but no real response.
I hope I can get some help here. I don�t get any videos anymore to gain extra cherries, I don�t get gold bars either plus I don�t get free flags with bonuses either. Without these I�m stuck on levels for days!!!
progression is very slow and annoying to the point I�m going to delete the game if I don�t find a solution it�s just pointless playing.
