Know Your Needs: You’ll save time and have plenty of energy to complete tasks if you fulfill your needs. Keep watch of them, and complete them accordingly. Hunger can be filled by eating from the fridge. Bladder, well, that one is obvious. Hygiene, use a shower and/or sink to clean up! Social can be filled by talking with other sims. Energy can be restored by sleeping, sitting, or drinking some coffee. And lastly you need to entertain your sim with TV, a computer, or other fun things!
Track your Sims Wisely: Use the Simtracker to your advantage. Use it to make sure your sims are keeping busy, and find out where they are. It’s a vital tool to managing all your crazy sims!
Ratings Matter: Every important item has a rating. The higher the rating, the quicker the action. For example, a more expensive fridge with a higher rating means a faster eating time for your sim. Be sure to fork out the extra funds when you can to buy the better product with the higher rating. It will save time in the end!
Speed Up When the Time is Right: Don’t overuse your opportunities to speed up tasks. You want to save them for tasks that are going to be more lengthy. Tasks averaging less than two minutes aren’t really worth speeding up. But when you get to tasks taking over ten minutes, those speedups come in handy!
